I’m 60 years old & have never been lucky enough to meet a dentist who listened to me & didn’t speak down to me.
He makes me feel good about myself so THANK YOU!
PS Love his dental assistant too, sorry I suck at names.
Everyone was super nice except the first person who had answered the phone.
She was ill informed & had I had an alternative would not have gone there.
Thankfully that was only time I encountered that individual & everything great since then.
Regret not knowing name of neg encounter.
