Dr. McFadden grew up in Wyoming. She attended Midland Lutheran College and received her dental degree from the University of Nebraska Medical Center College of Dentistry in 1996. In her spare time, Laura likes to read as well as sew — one year she made costumes for the entire office! She has also taken up running as a hobby, competing in three half marathons and her first full marathon this past year.
