Mini dental implants are small, threaded titanium posts that are surgically placed into your bone beneath your gums. On top of each post, your dentist places an abutment which connects the implant to the replacement tooth. Replacement teeth, or crowns, are custom-made to match the color and appearance of your natural teeth.
